How do you keep urgent care claims from getting stuck in review with major insurers?
We realized that our personnel were taking too much time to pursue claims at the expense of patients. The introduction of the urgent care billing solutions in the middle of our daily operations brought to the fore where the handoffs were failing. Now we are concerned with clean submissions rather than with quick submissions. What tools and habits have you discovered to make things easy without unnecessary processes?
