Returns an anchor and the content attached to it. keypoints_json and associations_json are not returned: resolve against descriptors_url.
With a client key the anchor must be public and in the key's project, and created_by, created_by_api_key, external_user_id and external_user_metadata are left out. metadata is returned.
An id your key cannot reach (another team's, or another project's for a bound key) gets the same answer as an id that does not exist. For a client key, so does a private anchor.
Counts as one request against the team's monthly API request quota, including a request that then fails a check.
